We also have a good sense of what else is on the market and how each mattress material affects the sleeper.

For example, we think memory foam is the best pressure-relieving material in a mattress….but if you are someone who gets very hot at night, we’ll let you know that you’ll not be comfortable on memory foam. You’ll want a wool topper, or latex will be better for you.

Coils, polyurethane foam, natural Dunlop and natural Talalay latex, wool, and cotton all feel differently, depending on where they are place inside a mattress. We’ll tell you how all that works so you know for yourself.
