Anyone can say that they provide excellent customer service. We thought it would be helpful for us to provide more details of why we believe our customer service is above average.
Answering the Phone We always answer the phone ourselves. If our small staff is busy, a live answering service will take a message and email us. You will never speak to an automated attendant.
Listening We listen. We ask questions and allow you to finish your response without interrupting.
As a customer we invite you to make your own decision on your sleep environment and your investment. We recommend products only when we are asked to recommend.
Good Relationships, Good Communication It’s important to us that we maintain positive, trusting relationships internally and externally. You can rely on us to say what we mean and to do what we say.
Good Systems It’s one thing to be a nice person and to intend to communicate well. That works pretty well in most one on one relationships.
It’s a whole other thing to have systems so that everyone in a group (namely The Savvy Sleeper as a company) has the same information at the same time.
We double check every order that we send out, and we inspect everything.
Accountability Despite all that, we are imperfect human beings. We make occasional mistakes. We take responsibility for them and correct them. We prioritize relationship over profit. |
