You don’t have to sacrifice comfort when you buy a custom mattress. |
The most common use for a custom shape mattress is for boats and yachts. Custom shapes are difficult to do correctly.
It’s easy to cut foam, but it requires more skill and experience to bevel the sides of a mattress so it fits perfectly. Then there is customizing the cover so it looks like it was made to fit.
If you want a round mattress or some unusual shape or a large mattress, count on us to do it right. We can make any size and any shape. Our factory has been making custom size and custom shape mattresses for boats since 1998, and we’ve never made a mistake.
Delivery is free and delivery time is normally 2 – 3 weeks from when your place your order. Returns are not accepted on custom mattresses.
CUSTOM MATTRESS TYPES
When you make an investment in a custom product, you want it to be perfectly made, perfectly comfortable, and you want it to last forever.
We endorse only Tempur-Pedic® products for this use. There are several reasons for this:

- Finally, the material is reasonable to work with so that we can make perfect cuts, and our sewer can customize the cover to wrap around any edge or cutout of the mattress. The quality of work of our custom mattresses is simply amazing.
